The Tiger Lounge with Thundercat

And I had a hot date last night!

I was talking to this girl on the phone, pre-date, and I said she was kind of weird (which, from me, is a compliment).

"Oh, I'm gonna remind you that you called me weird," she said, jokingly.

"Not scary weird, just, you know, a different sort of weird."

"I didn't know there were different sorts of weird!"

But there are, although I couldn't think of any at the time. Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to draw some different sorts of weird and take them along to our first date! It was one of those things that I do which make me think:

Hmm, this is going to result in one of two things:

  1. She will furrow her brow, blow her rape whistle, and then make-do mace me with a can of Sure anti-perspirant for women.
  2. She will be all like, "Aww, the dolphin called him a dick head."
Luckily for me, it was number two in this instance. Here are the pictures anyway!

This picture is in reference to a semi-professional footballer she went out with who managed to be both clingy and arrogant. Quite a strange combination really as the desperation of clinginess does kind of call into question the validity of self worship. Basically, he was a dick head, and now he texts her saying things like:

"You missed out on the chance to be a wag,"

which is about as much as an insult as:

  • Jokes on you for making me use that condom, I've got AIDS biatch.
  • Ha ha, while you were out eating that slow cooked swan, we totally had rat meat and pigeon egg omelettes
  • Eurgh, your nipples are well hairless!

Furries are actually a real thing, although apparently they're not all into it for weird sexual things. Look it up on Wikipedia anyway!

If you're drawing talents are as limited as mine, then literally the worst thing you can do to try and woo a girl is draw a picture of her. You will do a bad job, and she will be unimpressed. Unfortunately I sometimes just have to follow my bad ideas for lack of a good one, even if I know full well that they'll get me into trouble. Thankfully she wasn't unimpressed to the point of fury anyway!

She likes the Thundercats :-)
